- SciaticaAt age 69, this was my first time being wounded enough to require physical therapy. Having no idea what to expect, I was a bit nervous. Eric and his team explained the function of the various muscle groups that needed stretching and strengthening to ease the inflammation in my lower back, mainly sciatica issue. While only able to receive 6 of the 12 weeks of therapy due to COVID, I felt much stronger and the pain subsided considerably. I continue to practice the techniques they taught me at least four days a week at my home gym. Thank you, Eric, Kelsey, and Lauren for your professional, compassionate and joyful experience in helping to educate and heal this little old lady. God Bless You.

- Plantar FasciitisI’ve been seeing Eric for about two months for plantar fasciitis that has bugged me for a year and a half. I had seen an orthopedic specialist (2 steroid shots) AND another group of physical therapists ($300 custom orthotics) and nothing worked. Eric diagnosed tight hip flexors, scar tissue in my calf (no stretching after years of running and spinning) and with Graston scraping, dry needling and stretching, I am finally seeing some relief! I recommend him highly!
