I give this facility one star only because a few staff members there. My grandmother said no one ever answered Her bell and the girls swore in her room and were inappropriate and the don talked to them like they were babies. Also the dog has got to go!!

I love countryside my mother loves it too! i was hard for me and my husband to put my mother in a nursing home in the first place and me being me i was super picky. but went i came a crossed countryside i was blown away. the staff is super nice they really care for my mom she has many activities to do and there food is really good ...one of the things i was scared of because you know some places don't care they just throw it on a plate and hand it to you but not a countryside the food is great! i could not be happier with countryside. they fact that it is close to my home made it so nice and for what you get your not paying that much i have been to other places and i would have spent soooo much more for little care i cant have that for my mom. if i myself need to be in a nursing home i would want to be a countryside.

Staff is horrible to residents and eachother. This place goes without hot water for hours. Insulin needles get left in the beds and it could not get any more unprofessional. Do not evedr take a loved one here!!!!

Poor service, poor staff, and horrible administration. No one should put ANY type of relative in this facility. It's almost like an expensive roach motel.
