I went into the office about 5-6 weeks ago to get a cpap mask that had bee authorized by my insurance company. Supposed to receive it in3-5 days. Nothing. I called and a man took my message and said I would be called the next day. That was about 10 days ago. No call back. Very frustrated and ready to tell my insurance company to send me to another provider.
