- Our hand-crafted pizzas are baked in a 1000° wood-fired oven in about 90 seconds - a true neapolitan-style pie. We blend our flours, ferment our dough for two days and blend the best california tomatoes. We use fantasic greek olive oil, fresh cheese from liuzzi in new haven and seasonal local toppings whenever possible. All pizzas are 12" in diameter.
