  Two cheese enchiladas topped with ranchero sauce and pork sauteed with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, rice and beans.

• Chimichanga
  A flour tortilla stuffed with choice of shredded beef or chicken, deep fried to a golden brown, topped with cheese sauce and served with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de Gallo, Mexican rice and refried beans.

• Chimichanga Fajitas
  A 12" flour tortilla stuffed with choice of strips of steak, chicken or shrimp sauteed with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. It is then deep fried to perfection, topped with a cheese sauce and served with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, Mexican rice and refried beans.
