• Mini cheesecakes measure 2 inches in diameter and are one serving size each. We require a minimum quantity of 6 per flavor. Additional toppings: a minimum of 6 cheesecakes is required per topping; mini chocolate chips: add $0.10 to each Mini cheesecake; chocolate shavings: add $0.10 to each mini cheesecake; nutella: add $0.25 to each mini cheesecake; taza chocolate covered cacao nibs: add $0.25 to each mini cheesecake; fat toad farm goat's milk caramel: add $0.25 to each mint cheesecake.

  Our mini cheesecakes topped with our homemade, dark chocolate ganache. Made with local taza chocolate, we offer our ganache in a variety of flavors: chocolate, raspberry, almond, mild jerk and spicy jerk. Each type of ganache must meet a minimum quantity of 6 mini cheesecakes. Individual add $0.25 to each cheesecake, dozen add $3 to each flavor.

  Our pumpkin cheesecakes are made with homemade pumpkin puree. Cakes sit on top of a gingersnap- pecan crust and are garnished with fresh whipped cream. Our puree is made from fresh pumpkins grown at dick's market farm in lunenburg, MA.

  Our peppermint cheesecake comes topped with a dark chocolate drizzle made from taza chocolate and freshly whipped cream. The darkness of the chocolate drizzle perfectly complements the gentle bite of the peppermint cheesecake filling. Not available in 4" or 9" sizes.

  These half-gallon, glass growlers are perfect for meetings, parties and catered events. At 64Oz, they serve 8 cups each. They come filled with our specialty dean's beans cold brewed coffee, our house-made ginger limeade (made from fresh ginger root and hand squeezed limes) or our seasonal specialty: house mulled cider.
