  Two espresso shots served with hot water. It is rumored that this "American Coffee" has its roots in World War II when American GIs would dilute their espresso to better approximate what they enjoyed State side.

• Macchiato$3.25
  Macchiato, pronounced "mah-key-ah-toh, " literally means "marked" or "stained" in Italian. Traditionally, a Caffé Macchiato or an Espresso Macchiato is two shots of espresso with just a small amount of steamed milk that "marks" the espresso.

• Cortado$3.50
  Having its roots in Spanish countries, a Cortado is similar to a Macchiato, with just a bit more steamed milk added to "cut" the espresso. The barista's weapon of choice.
