Bread

• Because we eat gluten-free ourselves, the staff at Rise Bakery knows how hard it is to find quality, consistent gluten-free bread. We've tasted it all, from breads that are hard and dense; others with huge air bubbles and no bounce; to those that are dry and fall apart when you look at them. Our bread is truly different. Consistent with our name, our bread actually rises! If you touch it, the bread compresses and expands back to its original form. The texture is perfect and the taste is even better. We're confident our bread will be the highlight of your sandwich.

  This ain't your grandfather's gluten-free bread. Loaded with nutritious/delicious whole grains including millet, amaranth, quinoa, and pepitas. This loaf is entirely vegan (free of dairy, eggs, animal products). It is also soy-free and nut-free.

Bagels

• Rise Bakery didn't initially plan on introducing a gluten-free bagel line. Oops! We quickly realized the error of our ways when we teased at the possibility and generated huge interest. Our gluten-free bagels come in a variety of flavors and all flavors are available in egg-free/dairy-free versions. Stop by our bakery and we can toast one up for you with your choice of cream cheese!

• While it's not too hard to find a gluten-free cupcake these days, our gluten-free and vegan gluten-free cupcakes are one of our specialties at Rise. The cake is always moist and rich; and rather than using a plain chocolate or vanilla icing, we use delicious buttercream, cream cheese, fresh fruit and citrus zests to create flavor pairings that will blow your mind.

• Rich, tender and flaky. That's how we do our pie crust. Our crust is even easier to work with than gluten-laden crusts, so we had no problem putting together a menu of amazing gluten-free pie with a variety of flavors that are guaranteed to please.

  Our Apple Pie filling features a mixed variety of locally farmed apples, spiced to perfection on our famous gluten-free pie crust. Apple pies can be made made dairy/egg free.

  Rediscover this rich, spicy classic with luscious cream cheese frosting and a candy pecan garnish. Each cake has three layers and is available in 8" or 10" rounds. Dairy-free and vegan options are available upon request. For these options, we use our decadent vegan "cream cheese" frosting.

• Devil's Food Cake$44.95
  Dedicated to chocoholics: moist, gooey dark chocolate cake with a chocolate whipped cream filling and chocolate buttercream icing. Each cake is three layers and comes in 8" or 10" rounds.

• Red Velvet Cake$44.95
  A three layered red velvet cake is moist, rich and flavorful, topped with cream cheese frosting. Cakes are available in 8" or 10" rounds.

Cookies and Bars

• We bake a variety of gluten-free cookies, brownies and bars in small batches. After dedicating more than a year to recipe development, we found a unique flour blend and prep method for each item. Like everything on our menu, you would never know it was gluten-free if we didn't tell you.
