This bar is made with cacao from the funda lachua coop that we selected as the best flavor among the guatemalan cacao coops. The guatemalan cacao has a bit of astringency with a deep nutty and chocolatey flavor true to the origins of chocolate in this area of the world, yet with a nice fruitiness overlaid, almost characteristic of hawaiian cacao.
