Fresh Salads

• Our incredibly fresh salads are tossed to order and topped with hot, hand-carved proteins.We take great pride in making everything ourselves, from cutting whole heads of lettuce and fresh fruits and veggies to our selection of scratch made gluten free dressings.Salads are offered in entree and half size sizes. Nutritional values are for a full size with medium dressing.

• Our sandwiches are made to order, toasted in our brick oven. Gluten free bread options are available and all sauces are made from scratch in house and gluten free.

Brick Oven Pizzas

• Our 100% whole grain pizza dough is made from scratch daily, in store. We stretch it to about 12" in diameter, top it with the highest quality ingredients we can find, and cook it at about 700 degrees in our brick oven. Pizzas come in two sizes, whole and half, and gluten free options are available.

• Our beverage options consist of organic, fresh brewed Allegro iced teas, Boylan's cane sugar sodas, Spindrift sparkling sodas and seltzers, Kombucha, Boxed Water, Topo Chico Mineral Water, coffee, hot tea, and orange juice. Coffee is only available through breakfast.
