• Alas, our holiday baked goods are not Kosher for Passover - many contain rice, corn and/or soy, and all are baked on the same pans that we use during the rest of the year. However, for the less observant, a number of items are "in the spirit of Passover". They're made without leaveners, and some are grain-free
