After that, we add chicken and smoked sausage and serve it with a cup of rice on top! One spoonful and you'll an love too!
- Bourbon Street ChickenFrom his time as a jockey riding horses all across Asia, our Founder; Billy Fox discovered some of the secrets of Asian cuisine and brought those secrets home to Louisiana, adding them into his cooking. - Drunken ChickenWe start by roasting garlic in olive oil, then we add in tomatoes, spices and fresh chicken and slow simmer cook that in beer until it is absolutely perfect.
