Company 7 Bbq Sauce

• Company 7 BBQ’s meat is served “naked” (without sauce). Many find it so flavorful they use no, or very minimal, sauce, but we also offer some very flavorful, proprietary recipe sauces. You will find six on your table, each clearly labeled, representing the best of a particular bbq philosophy. Our firefighter sweet, captain carolina, and chief smokey have all received national sauce awards. Experiment and mix sauces if you wish. Many do so to make their own unique favorite.
