- Our hard-pack yogurt is a great alternative for our customers with diabetic concerns or those looking for a lighter treat. The yogurt is Non-Fat, No-Sugar Added product. This means that the yogurt has no fat in it. There is, however, sugar naturally in the yogurt, just no ADDED sugar.
