• Paul's Big Breakfast Sandwich
  A complete breakfast in your hand. It is layered with Egg, 3 slices of Cheese, and hash browns. Served with your choice of Bacon, Sausage or Ham on Tick Toast. You can also add a second kind of meat if you would like!

• Hearty Sandwich and the Country Sandwich
  Eggs, Many choices, with Ham, Sausage, Bacon, Chicken Fried Steak, even with a Hamburger Patty, fixed just like you like um, and however many you want! Just let your server know what you want.

• Our Famous Trashcan Scramblers
  The Talk of the town! The scramblers come with Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Onions, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Hash Browns, Tomatoes, (jalapenos on request). All scrambled together with Cheese and Sausage Gravy. Served with your choice of Toast or Biscuit and Gravy. 3 sizes - Small-2 Eggs, Medium-3 Eggs or Large with 5 Eggs.

• The XXLarge-12 Eggs
  Served with 8 slices of Toast or 2 Large Biscuits and 2 Large bowls of Sausage Gravy. Feeds at least 6 people. NOTE: If one person can eat all of this in 30 minutes - It's FREE! You will also get your picture on the wall of fame!
