Worst salon ever! They clearly have no idea what they are doing. They are stuck in the past. Have no idea the modern ways to do hair. They can't even handle a complaint. Their answer to a complaint is to come back in for more crappy service. How about learning how to make the customer happy, and learn new modern hair styles.
