      Went to have an autographed jersey framed because the store we bought it at said they did a good job. They actually cut the jersey to make it fit better. We were not informed that this would be done. The sales person made it seem like they would fold it. The backing was put on sloppily and the saleswoman seemed put out that I wanted this fixed. Special instructions were not followed. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT TO MICHAELS INMENTOR TO BE FRAMED.!!
