We are more a large neighborhood bar open year round, also catering to Reunions, Outings, Company Parties, Receptions and the like. We also have sand volleyball leagues in the summer explaining why people (including bartenders) are dressed for the heat outside in July. It's a really informal atmosphere for people to relax and enjoy each other, and it's more bar and less sit down and get served type of restaurant like you have compared us too. We don't have any servers or a receptionist or a long wait in the lobby. We have 6000 square feet inside and an acre outside, filled with different things to do. We typically only have bartenders at the bars that guests go up to and order from both food and beverages. If a group comes in and doesn't understand how we work a bartender will go out and wait on the table to get things started for them.
