      I can not believe this store is in business with he level of customer service. The manager Brandon was rude, sarcastic and hung up on me. I would never in a million years purchase or recommend purchasing from this store.

      I have purchased 2 sofa, love seat sets from Best Furniture. That offer very nice selections at good prices. Everyone in the store is always very friendly and willing to help. We have had positive experiences throughout each purchase!

      great sales person with a totally rude horse's bottom for a manager!!!!!!!

      Rich really is EXTREMELY easy to work with.



      Matt, who boasts as "the owner" & "its my store", is worse than useless. He has absolutely NO customer service skills. He's worse than a bratty kid having a tantrum.



      I explained, I'm not thrilled but, not too upset (yet)...my wife's more so upset and...she's right. Matt said, "he's glad he is NOT married to such a...."



      HE makes the mistakes, drops the ball (repeatedly)...so he yells AND swears AT US saying "you can't yell at me...I'm the manager...you can't yell at the manager." When reminded that the customer's always right...he said, "that's so 80's."



      Matt's made repeated promises that he has NOT kept.



      This was 1 of the lowest prices...but certainly NOT the lowest cost!!! AND...2 months (and counting) for our order. That's just another promise that I have no faith in.



      Low price, NO CLASS management, NO CLASS customer service! Call them...3 in 4 chance of voicemail during business hours..with no return calls:(
