The smell and cleanliness is not the best, and the animals need to be treated better. I know of teenagers who would love to volunteer at the store nd make it live up to its full potential.

The pet store is great! I love bring my daughter here, she loves playing with the puppies. We are here almost every week more and at times more than once a week.

Dallas is approaching one year old now and has been a great addition to our family. He has been good in the field so far and we expect him to do better next season. As far as a family dog he has met all our expectations and is great with the kids. We hope all his brothers and sisters are as healthy as Dallas has been.

I wanted to write and thank you for one of the most memorable holiday experiences we have had. We purchased a miniature daschund from you on Christmas Eve day and presented the puppy to our three children that evening. It was a complete surprise to my kids and all three said this was the best Christmas ever. We named our puppy Wilson and he has quickly become part of the family. He has already been paper trained and hopeuflly when it gets a little warmer outside, we can potty train him outside. He still does not like to g o into his kennel at night, but last night he made it through thte night with only one brief whimper. I wanted you to know how much we have enjoyed WIlson. He has showered us with love all day long and has quite a personality. i even admit that I look forward to the end of the day so I can rush home and see him. I laugh because I'm a football coach and our players should get quite a laugh when I drive up to practice with this fur ball on my lap!

I just wanted to update you and give you some picttures of the puppy we bought from you in February. We decided to name him Woody. When we first brought him home he didnt do much except sleep. It was basically like having a baby, he wouldnt sleep through the night for about 2 weeks. It didn't take him long to figure out how to go up and down the steps. He is just soo much fun. He found his voice, but lucky for us he only uses it when we play. We have a lot of pictures of him sleeping. Woody is about 12 pounds and 6 ounces right now. Thank you for the wonderful experience at your kennel and for Gemini, our newest little member of the family. We were wishing we could have somehow taken all of them. But I think he will keep us plenty occupied and entertained! Our trip home was not too bad, He must have been ancious and nervous in his first car trip, and he decided the "Fit-n-Trim" wastn as good as he thought when we were filling out the papers. We stopped off the highway and cleaned it up and he slept a majority of the way home. He was such a precious little bundle. Well, it was a good thing we were only about 20 minutes form home because all of a sudden he woke up and gave us a little "gift" that sent hte car window surrying down! I know the puppy food didnt smell that bad going in! We all got quite a chuckle! We arrived at our in-laws around 11:45 pm!!! They came out and were just soo surprized at our new addiciton and Gemini didnt disappoint.

I love not having to drive to get feed supplies. They do a good job, I hope they stay open.

It was so nice talking with you a while back about Chomper, our beautiful chocolate male Cocker Spaniel. I have enclosed a picture of Chomper shortly after his first grooming, and another with his "brother," Bailey (male, 7 years old.) I'm sorry it took so long to send this letter, but every time I got a picture of him I did not want to part with it. He's so darn cute! We must have appropriately named him, because he chomps on everything. We've learned to keep the door to the toy room closed, as Gary has had to "retrieve" a few Lego parts from No.2 outside. Oh dear! In late fall while our neighbors were installing an irrigation system in their yard, Chomper would run over and retrieve irrigation hose from the yard and sneak it home. We still have a piece of it in the house for him. We're delighted to have him as a part of our family.

I'm sure you have been wondering about the dachsund that we got from you. As you know we got her just after losing our husky. We call her Bispi and our grandchildren loved her so much that they came to your place and got a puppy from you. As you can see scooter and bispi are good buddies. Bispi has caught 2 mice so far and she is so proud when she does it. Bispi was at the vet to get fixed and she weighs 7 pounds. Bispi is a very happy dog and a great addition to our family. Thank you again for such a wonderful dog.
