I have used this groomer once a month since they come to Menomonie. I have 3 dogs that just love both Tracy and Mike. I took one of them to training and that went very well too. They foster many dogs and have several of their own. If they weren't good people with these dogs, they wouldn't be allowed to foster them. In reading the reviews, I have to wonder just what kind of person would wait three years to complain about this business, and then is not sure what happened? Almost sounds like she could of been put up to it by some one in another similar business. Tracy has never been rude and yes, I too am a paying customer and have a hectic schedule too, but don"t expect her to change her hours to accomadate my demands , I knew the hours when I started going there. Me and my dogs do great there , so will keep going there, As for those of you who had all the complaints ,then go some where else, it"s a free world and I'am sure they don't need the drama!
