Pets are clean but poorly taken care of. No toys, no bedding, cages over crowded & WAY to small for their birds! Then people buy the pets thinking that these are proper living conditions for their pets & they are NOT!!! Very disappointing!!! I have complained to management & have seen little to No change. This can & will affect the animal you buy so beware when spending thousands of dollars on an exotic bird. It will probably be neurotic. Do your research before buying a pet don't just rely on the pet store personnel. Complain & take your business else where so as to NOT support less than humane conditions for these poor animals!!
