Community Memorial Hospital is a full-service health care facility that offers a variety of medical care services to patients. The hospital is a member of the American Hospital Association, Wisconsin Health and Hospital Association and Voluntary Hospitals of America. It provides outpatient and impatient care, behavioral health, emergency, women s health, breast ultrasound, mammography, metabolic syndrome counseling, skin care and weight management services. In addition, the hospital provides a variety of rehabilitation services, including physical, speech and occupational therapies. Community Memorial Hospital is located in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
