Dinner for 4 was excellent. Service was great. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Milwaukee area. I have eaten there many times and never been disappointed.

I have been going to Harvey Moy's for years and they are always friendly and accomodating. The 'Emperor Chicken' is fantastic! Great value for the amount of food that you get, and it is far superior to the usual "buffet-style" Chinese restaurants.

If you want authentic then you want to eat at Havery Moy's. Do not compare the every day take out Chinese to Havery Moy's. The staff and owners are always friendly and take the time to see how you are doing. We have been going for years it's wonderful.

Absolutely horrible. My family has been eating chinese takeout every other week for 12 years as a treat. We decided to try Harvey Moys as a new place, and it was a total waste of money. The fried rice was burned to the point that all you tasted was the charred remains from the wok. The crab ragoons were like a dried up egg roll and I have no idea where the sweet and sour chicken recipe came from, it was dreadful. The only one that I would send to this place is my enemy!

We order out alot and we do get alot for our money and very delicious
