Brisco County Wood Grill & Saloon is a Southwest-themed restaurant that uses their signature wood-fire grill to cook up world-class BBQ, Rotisserie, Steaks/Chops, & Burgers. In addition to that, the restaurant offers everything from salads, sandwiches, Mexican, and select entrees. With a vast selection of food and spirits, Brisco has just the thing to satisfy any taste. Since it’s founding in 1998, Brisco has become staple of the Germantown/Menomonee Falls area for 25 years & two generations. The Restaurant is on a mission to create a place for the community to come together – as friends, family, strangers, or lovers to share stories & break bread with one another. Brisco’s Moab-Inspired Castle features beautiful hand-painted murals, a scale model of America’s ‘Delicate Arch’ monument, a 15ft lizard statue, and western-themed decor throughout the building. With a capacity for parties as large as 75 people in their banquet room, a full bar, and arrangements from booths to high-tops, there will be a spot for everyone at the table. The Brisco County Team works tirelessly to give the wonderful people in the Menomonee Falls area a restaurant they can be proud of and a ‘home away from home’.
