      High Horse Lodge is a high end vacation venue ---and you can bring your horse! With a view of 25 miles over the ridges of Lookout Mountain to the mountains, it has five miles of onsite trails for hiking and riding. The cabin is a funtional work of art, with cedar posts, half log stairs, mountain laurel banisters, and handmade furniture. It features lighting by Iron Age Crafters, Inc. It is near Mentone, Al., which is known for art, restaurants, and shopping. Three parks are nearby: DeSoto State Park, Cloudland Canyon, and Little River Canyon.
