Mendota Township High School serves the educational needs of students in Mendota, Ill. It is approved by the Illinois Office of Education and the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. Its curriculum includes English, mathematics, social studies and science. Its All Kids program offers uninsured children comprehensive health care, including doctor s visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices, such as eyeglasses and asthma inhalers. Its Get Fit MHS campaign helps staff and the student body work toward fitness and healthier lifestyles. It has a cafeteria, media center and computer lab. Its athletic department offers various sport activities, such as basketball and wrestling. It offers nutritional breakfasts and lunches to its students. Its counseling center offers information in the areas of self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration and career planning.
