Our state-of-the-art rehab center provides our patients the opportunity to experience the greatest level of physical health possible, so they are prepared to return home to the activities they enjoy. Oakridge Gardens provides both inpatient and outpatient short-term rehabilitation therapy seven days a week through a partnership with MJ Care, a licensed and certified therapy provider that has been providing effective therapy for more than 35 years. MJ Care supports our mission and vision to provide premier rehabilitation services through a professional service-oriented staff, by providing high-quality, professional services to our patients. The Oaks Memory Care Center offers a calm, safe and secure environment for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Residents are cared for by compassionate and knowledgeable staff with specialized training and certification in the care needed for each stage of memory loss. Each resident receives individualized attention and person-centered care so that as physical and cognitive abilities change, they receive care that is unique to their particular needs. Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center offers 24 hours a day, seven days a week long-term care services to residents of the Greater Fox Valley Area. We provide a high-quality environment and a professional, service-oriented staff that includes a diverse clinical team as well as an engaged management team to support the services we offer.
