This assisted living home would be a wonderful place to be if the owners weren't such cheap skates and under schedual the employees to save money. They also don't normally have enough food to feed the residants. U would think sinse mike shops at aldi he would at least be able to get more food. As far as state considers each resident should be offerd seconds. And dont consider working for this compamy because they don't pay u for the hours u work. Example: you are scheduald 7am to 3pm. But u actually work 6:50am to 3:45pm u only get paid 8 hours. And don't even think about taking ur break because he doesn't allow more then 2 people scheduald between the hours of 11am to 4pm. I wouldn't put my parents or grandparents in this assisted living facility so I would seriously consider puting lots of thought into putting ur loved ones in here.
