Mena Aircraft Engines, also known as MAE, is a repair station that specializes in the overhauling of piston aircraft engines manufactured by Lycoming Engines and Teledyne Continental Motors. The station offers testing, removal and installation services for engines. It provides a variety of standard and customized polyurethane-based paints. Mena Aircraft Engines also offers repairing, renitrifying and flange cadmium plating solutions for crankshafts. The station provides inspection, resizing and straightness checking services for connecting rods. In addition, it balances rods along with bolts, nuts and bearings. Mena Aircraft Engines installs various components, such as preoilers and standby vacuum systems on aircraft. The station offers stainless steel valve cover screws and pushrod seal kits. It is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FFA).
