This is the worst unprofessional customer service ever. Whoever doing the hiring needs to be fired.

This place is a joke the customer service is terrible and the store is nasty the employees are rude. The hours for money services clearly says open until 11pm and they decided they didn't feel like doing anymore work and closed at 6pm and while I was waiting in the customer service line with my mother in law trying to get a money transfer because my. Father in law passed away last night and we are trying to get to north Carolina tonight to be with family and as we are standing there with 2 people being helped in front of us they decide they are closed and wait about 10 mins and tell us oh we are closed. It's a shame how people are these days

Unfortunately, I have made the effort to come here today to warn others and hopefully alert the store that change is needed. Yesterday,I experienced the worst customer service while in their auto department than I have in my 45 years. Today, I have called to speak to the general manager twice. First time the store didn't answer after 20 rings so I hung up. Called back 1 hour later to someone answering while there was yelling and great noise in the back ground. I told person I wanted to speak to the GM and am still on hold as I write this with a current wait time of 17 mins.

The store has dedicated and hard working staff who helped me on.the staff are very polite. The store is smaller and old.This Walmart accomadates Raleigh, North Memphis , Bartlett and Arlinghton communities. It is across the srteet from a hosptal . There is not another Walmart for 20 miles. And yes, it may get alittle dirty sometimes but not most of the time. Let us consider the busy high traffic corner of Covington pike and Austin peay. I dont know what I would do if Walmart was not there. I wish the owners would up grade the building because It serves large and diverse community of people. Walmart store at Austin Peay Hwy. meets the daily needs of the people . I say keep up the good work Staff members. I love you.

This store has the worst customer service in Memphis and is also the dirtiest store. I drive an extra 8 miles to Wolfchase to avoid this poor excuse for a WalMart.
