Lousy maintenance and up keep of the place. The manager and who ever runs the place doesn't seem to care about the tenants. Just a job to them I guess! They don't think about unhappy tenants could possibly mean no jobs for them.I don't or wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The rent is much too high to deal with the garbage tenants have to go through.

I currently have a family member residing at this apartment complex. She has children that she is trying to provide a decent place to live. Unfortunately, she lives on the lower level of the complex. The apartment above her has a problem with the pipes or something because when tenants above her flush the toilet or use their washer, water gushes down the side of the wall into their apartment. She has begged the manager of the apartment to take care of this problem for approximately two years without any results. They come over only after she comes to the office and has a tantrum because she is frustrated from mopping and sweeping water. Also, as a result of the water gushing down the wall over a period of time, there is mold and mildew on the walls in that area.We are looking for the owners to do something about this situation. Hopefully, they are not a part of the problem; but will be a part of the solution.I don't reccommend these apartments to anyone!

I dont even think they should get one star the staff, environment, I cant say anything positive about Village Green other than dont move there. If you try and complain they will try in evict you so unless you want to be in an unsafe and very insanitary environment I would choose some where else to live. Major bug problems and its very noisy and if anything breaks hopefully you can fix it cause they will say they are coming and NEVER do trust me I have been waiting 13 months thank God my lease is finally over.

This apartment complex is terrible full of roaches and security is a joke. The so called manager doesn't care about the attendants. They will cut your water off without warning to fix whatever they stay with different problems, and no explanation.Also they will transfer your utilities in there name for no reason and not even tell you and send you a big bill a month later. Good luck calling cause you will talk to someone different everytime. It took a month before I ever received a copy of my lease. Cant wait till my lease is FINALLY up. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, also way to much money for winchester and knight arnold area. Please dont move there.You will be doing the same thing I am doing trying to help other people before they waist time and money living there.
