I ordered flowers for my step mother for her mother's funeral and I all I told the lady on the phone was just a simple version of what I want. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home I was so impressed. We always order flowers from Pugh's and they are always fabulous. This time they really delivered with their quality of flowers and choice of flowers that they chose to fill that arrangement. It was filled with white roses, star gazer lilies, white lilies, mums, and white Gerbra daisies. The arrangement was very full and had more flowers than just greenery. Great quality and beautiful flowers. :)

Just want to thank you for a beautiful arrangement of assorted flowers. They were delivered on my birthday early in the morning, and I enjoyed this lovely gift all day. And still enjoying them one week later now that's saying a lot for flowers. Thanks for your service the flowers made my day !!!

i ordered flowers for clarence, H. hood spent $173.66, it was a grapevine wreath, it was live flowers, not many for the price, i requested for it to be something to go home to the widow , carolyn afterwards, it should have been something silk and alot nicer than it was, i would not use your company again, if this is not corrected. way to much money for live flowers, also, but again not what i wanted. cheryl bryant

If your are out of town sending flowers Pugh's is notorious for using more leaves than flowers. It happen twice to me.
