      Regular Hours:MATA’s Call Center new hours of operation will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday –Friday. Previously the center closed at 7:30 p.m. Saturday hours will remain the same from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. and closed on Sundays. The adjustment of the operating hours will provide more staffing to handle the high volume of calls received from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. MATA receives a daily average of 3,000 calls and nearly 50% are handled by the 24-hour

      bad and racist bus drivers!!

      i had a very bad experience from a white driver who told me to shut up,and he got in my face trying to fight me.he not only bad mouth me;he said racist remarks to me on a bus full of African Americans.when i got home i called MATA and told them what happen, they acted as if they didn't care.I still don't know what happen to him.so now i got car so that i will never have to go through that again!! i don't feel as if I'm ranting,I just want people to know whats ahead of them.
