General Info
The Memphis ReStore sells building materials and home goods to the general public at discounted prices. The proceeds from the ReStore helps Memphis Habitat fund the construction of Habitat homes, while providing an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of landfills. All ReStore merchandise is generously donated by individuals, churches, schools and businesses, and is sold at discounted prices. How to Donate to the ReStore: Donations are only accepted during store hours. To schedule a donation pickup, please contact Joe Davidson at 901.870.5837 or jdavidson@memphishabitat.com. We accept most new and gently used items such as: cabinets, plumbing, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, electrical, windows, hardware, lumber, doors, roofing, lamps, lighting, other decorative items, new carpeting, tools, flooring, millwork and trim, appliances, furniture, artwork, books, gardening equipment, kitchen goods and other miscellaneous items. Please note that we cannot accept mattresses or clothing. Why you should support the ReStore: By donating to the ReStore, you are helping to reduce waste by diverting usable materials from local landfills. The ReStore provides customers with an environmentally responsible way to reuse, recycle and repurpose second-hand building materials and home goods. Extending the lifecycle of vintage furniture adds history, style and eco-savvy to any home. Customers can find one-of-a-kind items at the ReStore, and everything will be priced below retail value! So, by donating and shopping at the ReStore, you're being green, and by shopping with us, you're also saving some green! Most importantly, the ReStore supports the work of Memphis Habitat, helping us to build even more homes for families in need!
