This was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had in 18 years of aircraft maintenance. I received an unairworthy DEFECTIVE bladder, and after installation it leaked. They admitted it was a poorly glued part. This is NOT a warranty claim, but they are treating it as such. They then refer to their generic blanket statement of "we do not pay for warranty labor..."etc. They cost me $1,500 in labor of completely disassembling my fuel bladders all just to remove and reinstall one DEFECTIVE unairworthy bladder that they admitted was defective, and they obviously failed to leak check the first time. I now have to file a complaint with the FAA called a malfunction and defect report, so that the FAA can go inspect their shop and see about the lack of quality control. I will never use that company ever again, there are too many other competitors with better warranty and better customer service. I get better customer service at McDonalds...
