General Info
Cooper Systems Inc., located at 2744 Mt Moriah Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee, is a modern day computer firm selling and servicing the latest in hardware and software technology. Cooper Systems emphasizes customer satisfaction and local service to maintain and grow it's customer base in the greater Memphis area. The roots of the company go back to 1932 when Harry S. Cooper started the former Cooper typewriter Company, selling new and used typewriters. This was located on Second Street across from the Peabody Hotel. Today as it was in the 30's, customer service is the corner stone of the business. As technology progressed, electric typewriters were introduced, and after WWII, his son Melvin B. Cooper entered the business and expanded the product lines adding metal furniture and calculating machines and the Cooper Typewriter Company became Cooper Office Equipment. Again, technology pushes the business ahead; Melvin imported the first electronic calculators into the Memphis area, electric typewriters became electronic and calculators became programmable. After working many summers a third generation, Lee Cooper, joined the company permanently in 1974.

I had to laugh when I read the review below. I have been dealing with Cooper Systems for over ten years now. I have been helped by Lee, Lauren, and Larry. I have found their prices very reasonable and the service is top notch. In fact Cooper Systems has supplied the computers and laptops for my office since 1999. Their prices are highly competitive. I have been a customer of Cooper Systems for 15 years. This company has some of the best and consistent customer service I have ever experience. I have purchased several computers from them personally and for my business. I have also used their repair service many times. They are fast and affordable. When I shopped at Cooper Systems they ended up giving me a really good deal. I was looking to buy a laptop and they had one that seemed like a good deal, but I was unfamiliar with the brand so I was a little scared. Lee advised that I try it out because he assured me that the laptop was reputable and reliable. I am glad to say that I still have the laptop and it runs fast and very well. I am so happy that I chose to buy the laptop from them. Thanks guys!

these people are bogus, they will con you into bringing you computer in then hit you with all kinds of charges and fix nothing; DO NOT LOOK FOR THEM TO FIX ANYTHING

I love these guys.I have had two different computers that I had to have some work done too and Cooper Systems was excellent. The first computer I just wanted an upgrade and they did it for cheap and quickly.The second time was my other computer was acting up and I took it in to be checked out and they cleared the problem instantly!If you are in the area ( memphis ) and need computer repair or computer upgrades I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the used laptop that I purchased from Cooper Systems. It was the second PC that I purchased from them. They are a professional outfit with great customer service and low prices. I recommend them highly.
