This Baskin Robbins is amazing!! Great customer service. The employee (Katie) was her name, was so sweet and helpful! You can't beat great customer service, and the milkshake was so good!

This store is absolutely amazing! The customer service is fast and the employees are so helpful and nice that I recommend everyone go to this location! I have had nothing but wonderful customer service every time I've visited.

I completely disagree with the previous comment made about this store. It is the highest quality Baskin Robbins in the area. Every visit I have made has resulted in fast service and friendly employees. I believe that the person who wrote the other review probably just had a misfortune. I can't imagine any of the employees at this wonderful store ever being rude or discourteous. I strongly encourage visiting this location any time you crave an ice cream treat! Two thumbs way up!!!

In Dec. 2005, I came to this location when the Bartlett store called to see if they had eggnogg ice cream in stock. The employee replied they did, but when I drove to this store, the same employee said she finally checked and they didn't have it in stock. She'd never checked, and then she was rude. I would avoid this Wolfchase location.
