after a three year battle as a passenger on a boat, I was forced to sign off on the suit, because as soon as I reported his friend (adjuster) for insurance fraud, my suit was no longer a strong law suit According to Tom. The adjuster told me hes very good friends with Tom Mele. When I asked if this decision was because they are friends, Tom said who? I dont know this adjuster. How do you not know someone who told you they are very good friends?. It was obviously a lie. I dont know how this firm operates but its obviously not in the best interest of the client. Like the man below me said, they are bullies, any complaints against his "friends" and your legal suit is tossed to the wind.
