One-star reviews shouldn't be left lightly, but Viera Comics deserves even less. The owner (Peter) is an obsessive, paranoid, and vicious troll. A shop that uses customer service as a main selling point should offer acceptable customer service, right? Falsely accusing someone of being a member of the KKK (resulting in a a cease and desist order- look it up), being curt on the phone and to customers in the store, and waging a war on all other stores in the area isn't a shining example of customer service. The store may be well-lit and stocked, but the poisonous owner is reason enough to avoid such a place. He drags other local shops down to bring himself up (or so he thinks). Inheritance money and a bright room might entice customers initially, but Peter's toxicity alienates his business. Viera Comics isn't welcome at local conventions because of Peter himself. As much as he attempts to play the victim, as many reviews as he prompts people in other states to leave... Viera Comics only has Peter to blame when it goes under.
