Suntree Medical Equip. is where I get my supplies & have been using for years. From the beginning they have gone out of their way to help me get my supplies. My supplies are almost always available in 24-48 hrs. They help me with filing any necessary/essential paperwork & have made sure I'm aware of all policy changes, new forms/paperwork needing filed & if prescriptions are needed from my doctor(s) then help me file those. They have always had quality helpful, friendly, & dedicated customer service people who've always treated me with respect. Needless to say, where other Medical Equipment Companies have failed Suntree has gone above & beyond in all matters including making payment arrangements. Brownings & Brevard Med. Equip, none were willing to help/work with me; Wuesthoff Med.Equp. filed forms incorrectly/not at all, did not me about problems/missing insurance info. or send a bill until balance went to collections, then refused to file paperwork & demanded I pay them first.
