General Info

Dr. Moreno was an Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, where he taught General & Surgical Dermatology. In 1988 Dr. Moreno began his practice in sunny Florida relocating from the New York/New Jersey area. His Doctorate of Medicine was earned from the State University of New York's College of Medicine. His internship was in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine & Dentistry in Newark, N.J., and then onto his residency in Dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh. Presently, Dr. Moreno, Board Certified Dermatologist, specializes in skin cancer surgery, specifically Mohs surgery. He also supervises three physician assistants who provide patient care. Dr. Moreno is a compassionate doctor whose "patient first" philosophy is very apparent throughout Florida Dermatology Associates.
