Horrible experience trying to make an appointment over the phone using their automotive system!!! My blood pressure is through the roof trying to schedule my appointment through the phone automotive system. I scheduled my appointment on-line but I had to go to the library to use a computer. Everyone does not have a computer. How about some good old-fashioned human contact!! What do people do when Quest's phone automotive system is totally flawed? And let's not assume everyone knows how to use the Internet let alone a computer!!! There are a lot of elderly people in Florida who have never used a computer and need blood work done several times a month. Quest needs to hire someone who just handles the phone calls. Or is it the "almighty dollar" that is more important than a human being's health needs??

Very disappointing; attempted to call and placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no return answer and then when attempting to call back there was no answer.

I am very disappointed with the results of my experience with Quest Diagnostics on Elizabeth St. I had blood drawn on January 2nd for INR purposes and now, 5 days later, my doctor has still not received the results.

Disappointed that they advertise their hours as open till 4:30PM, but won't pick up the phone after 4:15. The website is inadequate, as it doesn't cover all scenarios that could bring one to their office (in my case, pre-employment drug testing), so can't finish making an appointment. Same with their Palm Bay location on Malabar Rd. Hate to be stuck using these service provider without an option.

EXCELLENT! Quest Diagnostics is my preferred place to have labs drawn. I have labs drawn every 2 to 6 months for 15 years now. We have lived here in Florida since 2002. I have had labs drawn at other labs (MIMA - feels like you are a cow in a herd, dark & dingy. OSLER is ok. Some other lab that was on our insurance - very bad. OMNI - ok, as in not horrible.Health First and Holmes also ok.) BUT Quest Diagnostics is always bright. The people may be busy but they are very human and helpful if you ask any questions. It never hurts in any of these transactions to say, "Thank you for your help." which I do say and mean it. I have hard to find veins. None of the lab techs ever implies,"I know how to draw your blood. I don't need your suggestions." I have had lab techs at other labs do that, but not at Quest. They hear me out when I say where the easiest draw is and that's where they get the draw from. EXCELLENT at what they do. And as I said, they have ALWAYS been courteous to me.
