If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one. They also disabled their Facebook reviews because they didn't like what people had to say about them!!!

Jamison and John...........the two best Service Consultants one could ask for. Always positive, always sincere. I am one very uncomfortable person when it comes to care and maintenance of a car. They always take the time to ensure I knew what to anticipate/schedule next relative to care and concerns regarding my BMW. Working with the Imported Car Store is like talking with family. As I've told my friends - I don't know how to lift the hood of my BMW, but my dealer does. You couldn't ask for a better Service Department. Quality care! Quality car!

Jaimison is the greatest, he understand how I take care of my Car (2006, 530I), he always has provided an excellent service not only to my vehicle also he has taking a personal pride on taking care of me as well. I purchased my car here several years ago, and yes it has some minor mechanical problems, but with that been said, Jaimison the Service person who I entrust my car have always provided an excellent service, caring for my needs and underatnding what I tell him is the problem he ensures that passes the information to the mechanics for them to be able to perform a proper job in taking care of what ever the problem may be. While the staff are quite nice, the prices quote for service will stunt your growth. WOW are they expensive!!!!!
