Greedy, not personable, patient antagonistic. Watch what you're signing! They are charging me 500.00 for an appt. I missed through no fault of my own. Dr. Raders is fine...it is Ralph Zipper and his administrative staff that is rude and non accommodating. I thought the patient's health came first. That's a lie.
