Possibly the worst company I've ever seen. I would not recommend trying to use them for any services anywhere whatsoever. Continue reading if you would like to see the reasons.

At FEMA Region X in Bothell, WA, the manager that JDR hired for the contract sexually harasses and verbally abuses both JDR and FEMA employees on a regular basis. He is so overweight and so incompetent that he mentally and physically can't do anything. He lied about his qualifications to get the job and can only feel good about himself by badmouthing everyone around him. He is supposed to be an electrician, but I found out he has no license and did not even know how to use a multimeter when I was there, one of the most basic electrical tools. I had to teach him that. He takes credit for other people's work. I was the one who wound up training all the new employees and doing everything because he can't really even get out of his chair. He sits in his office and does absolutely nothing all day, except for get on the phone with the owner of JDR and try to make it sound like the employees are the bad ones so that he can keep sitting there and collecting his check. He literally has his wife call and complain with utter lies about people sometimes because he can't even stand up for himself. Of course the owner of JDR is in Florida and unable to see what's really going on at the site in Washington.

Even though I witnessed them go through 6 groundskeepers in 5 months when I was there as a maintenance worker, the owner continues to keep the manager he hired there and not listen to person after person who comes through telling him the manager is not worth having around. The owner is probably allowing it on purpose just so that he can use all the bad things as an excuse to keep paying the manager less than someone in that position would normally be making. FEMA employees have literally started saving documentation showing the.."communication skills" of the manager lol... JDR is a total joke. The fact that they would allow a manager like this to stay at a site tells me they have no respect for other people or any desire to do things the right way. JDR apparently stands for "Just Do wRong," not "Just Do Right" as the owner claims. I'm sure FEMA is getting ready to cancel their contract with JDR because nothing gets done right there due to all this.

I quit this job twice. Once in the first month or so, and the owner called me from Florida begging me to not give up because he knew I was the only one getting things done. I gave it six months, then quit for good, telling the owner not to bother calling me begging again because I would never come back as long as that manager was there. He still refuses to fire him though. STAY AWAY!!!
