This guy is a total douche. Not only call me a week after I call him, he hangup on me after asking 2 questions without ever identifying himself. At first I thought it was a friend of mine and we got disconnected.
When I call back I realized who he was.

Since these last two reviews have been written the owner of the aerus franchise has changed.My experience with this father son business was great! They fixed my hoover in 2 days, and have sold me multiple belts since then. The son who runs the shop is so friendly and even carried my vacuum out to my car for me. I would recommend these new guys to anyone.

I agree with the other review - terrible customer service. They have very bad customer service and do not return calls or products.I would not recommend anyone doing busy with this store

Buyer Beware!!! These guys have the worst customer service. Do not order parts over the phone from this company. They will lie to you to secure the sale- then will never call you to say the parts have arrived. When YOU call them, their response is that the parts were backordered- even though they said the distrubutor had it in stock and would ship out the same day- UPS Ground (in the same state, FL). They tell you they'll call you back in 4 more days, and it keeps going on and on. I give them a 1 out of 5; and 1 being the absolute worst rating possible. Believe me, if there was lower, I would mark it.
