This is not a good place for your child. There has been mistreatment of the children, misappropriation of pharmacopia by top-level nurses, one child (unsupervised) lost the tip of a finger in an exit door. The way it works is, the direct care professionals keep a log of the children's behaviour. After about 2.5 months, when the money is about to run out, the children's negative reports are not reported. The child goes back to court and the judge is told the kid is doing fine; send him home. The kid goes home and does the very same thing he was doing before. Then it's back to Devereaux with a new program and new money.
