Do not trust this company. They did an estimate for me and promise that they will work with me and my bank. They said they were licensed and insured, but when it was time to show the bank the documents. They drag their feet. I called the owner multiple times. I texted him. They said their printer was not working. After weeks of requesting them to complete the form and provide proof of insurance. I printed out the forms and went to the office to drop them off. The place said open, but there was no one there. The girl that used to work there was fired because she had stolen from the supposed owner. So, no one was there. I went by a couple of times with no luck. I called the owner up. Of course, he never answers his phone and the voicemail is full, so I couldn't leave a message. I text him and told him I left the papers for him to fill out. I asked him: are you still interested in the job. He replied via text: "yes" I kept begging him to fill out the form and show proof of insurance because the bank was waiting on him to approve my mortgage loan. I told him time is of the essence. I also told him I was going lose money if he did not complete the forms. He said: "he was going to do it on the weekend". I then wait. I received a voicemail from him that Jimmy is going to take over. I really don't know who Jimmy is. He text me Saturday and said call Jimmy. I replied: I don't have Jimmy's number and I don't know who he is. I told him I am not accustomed to this lack of professionalism. I will wait for Jimmy to call me. Jimmy never called. Does he exist? Who knows? This company is shady and person who claims to be the owner is not. He did not want to provide his floor contractor license number or his SSN to the bank. BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. We put down 50% for a kitchen remodel in February. Demo finally began over 2 months later but then we were left with nothing for another 2 months. The most upsetting thing was the lack of open and HONEST communication.
