Excellent work done on my car at a very fair price. Will highly recommend to my friends and family. Professional and friendly and very very knowledgeable. My bumper looked like new after they repaired it.
I was told by another shop that to repair the roof of my antique VW bus I must first locate a doner car and cut a big section out of the roof, then buy a reproduction rain gutter from their choice of suppliers. Total estimate over $2000. Doug fabricated the necessary parts himself, matched the paint perfectly, and charged me $700! A year later the repair looks exactly the same as the day I picked it up. Work was done in three days, other shop wanted at least two weeks and wouldn't guarantee even that timeframe. New cars, old cars, motorcycles, Doug is the best value and does top rate work fast.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SHOP TO WORK WITH. DONNA IN THE OFFICE HELPED ME DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE CO. I WAS BACK IN MY CAR EARLIER THAN EXCEPTED. I WOULD DIFFERENTLY USE THEM AGAIN.. BUT I HOPE I WON'T NEED THEM :)
I went with Body's by Doug because i had gone to another shop who I felt was overcharging me AND told me it could be more. A friend of mine recommended Doug's so I got an estimate from them that was $500. cheaper and was told my car would be ready in three days. Well five days later I have just picked up my car the damage is fixed however there is white dust and hand prints throughout my car, the out side is filthy as well with white dust covering it. I guess you get what you pay for, I will now spend the next couple of hours cleaning my car.
I had to have a new bumper put on my car and a few other scratches done. When I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride home, which I wasn't expecting. They did the work 2 days early, and it was done impeccably. They also cleaned the inside of my car - I felt like I was driving a brand new car! Friendly service, too.
